Class Description:

This 2 day Autodesk Navisworks class will be taught by an industry expert that is well versed in construction and Navisworks.

This class will begin with the basics of Navisworks on the first day; Navigation, File Aggregation, Clash Detection, Reports, and Scheduling. Day 2 will move into some of the more advanced topics, including Presenter, Search Sets, Animator, Scripter and other advanced topics. At the end of this class you will have a vast understanding of Navisworks and return to your office ready to tackle the coming challenges.

This class will use a mix of lecture style instruction, active discussion, and live hands on use of Navisworks to help you learn easily and quickly.


For this training class we will utilize the "Mastering Autodesk Navisworks 2013" book that has been coauthored by the instructor and is widely used around the world as the standard resource and training guide for Navisworks. We will also utilize the "Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 Essentials" as a reference and resource guide for the Revit training.


Working knowledge of drafting, design, or architecture design and construction principles. Experience with Microsoft Windows. This training is compatible with Windows XP, Windows 8 and Windows 10. No prior CAD experience required.
